This song has always brought joy to my heart because, when we get to heaven and finally see the throne of God, and the river, it means we made it there. In my minds eye I invision the water, and the Tree of Life, with 12 manner of fruit, and the tree like an archway with 2 trunks on both sides of the river, and crystal clear water running below it. That will be a joyous day.
